Argyll House Reintegration Unit

Helping people make a positive step toward their future.

Argyll House is a reintegration unit, registered as a Care Home, for people moving from dependent to independent living. We work with anyone who has experienced mental health problems and are aged between 18 – 65 yrs.

Our large house has been upgraded to provide

We have staff on the premises 24 hours a day, an RMN manager, and RMN`s available at all times.

Along with the accommodation, which helps people learn how to be independent we provide a comprehensive Reintegration Programme, and help each resident to create their own individual programme. Our Social Inclusion Programmes provide a range of opportunities, which include Adult Education, voluntary work and leisure activities, and are fully integrated in the local community.

"Nine out of ten people with mental health problems engaged in volunteering said it gave them a sense of purpose and achievement, and more than eight out of ten said it had a positive effect on their mental health. Arts, leisure and sports activities can also have a positive impact on mental health."
